How to purchase gift card

  • Browse the Gift Card Options

    • Visit the gift card section of our store. You can find it by navigating to the Gift Cards category from our main menu.

  • Select a Gift Card

    • Choose the type of gift card you’d like to purchase (e.g., physical or digital).
    • Click on the gift card product to view its details.

  • Choose the Amount

    • On the product page, select the desired gift card amount from the available options or enter a custom amount if supported.

  • Add to Cart

    • Click the “Add to Cart” button to add the gift card to your shopping cart.
    • If you want to purchase multiple gift cards, adjust the quantity before adding to the cart.

  • Provide Recipient Details (for Digital Gift Cards)

    • If you’re purchasing a digital gift card, you’ll have the option to enter the recipient’s email address and a personal message.

  • Proceed to Checkout

    • Click on the shopping cart icon and then “Proceed to Checkout” to begin the payment process.

  • Enter Payment Information

    • Fill in your payment details and billing information.
    • Review your order summary to ensure everything is correct.

  • Complete the Purchase

    • Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
    • You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

  • Receive Your Gift Card

    • The recipient will receive an email with the gift card code and instructions.

How to redeem gift card

  • Locate Your Gift Card Code

    • Find the gift card code from the email.

  • Go to the Redemption Page

    • Visit our store and navigate to the checkout page. If you’re making a purchase, you can apply the gift card code during checkout.

  • Enter the Gift Card Code

    • On the checkout page, look for the “Gift Card” or “Coupon Code” field.
    • Enter your gift card code in the provided field and click “Apply” to use the code.

  • Verify the Discount

    • Ensure the gift card amount has been applied to your order. The total amount due should reflect the discount from the gift card.

  • Complete Your Purchase

    • Proceed with the checkout process as usual.
    • If the gift card does not cover the full amount, enter additional payment details for the remaining balance.

  • Check Gift Card Balance (Optional)

    • To check your remaining gift card balance, you can visit the Gift Card Balance Checker page (if available) or contact customer support for assistance.
