Tisser — Agency-wise Sales Register Analysis, FY24 to FY26

Who actually buys from Tisser — three years of the sales register, agency by agency

Tisser Artisans Trust + Tisser Rural Handicraft Pvt Ltd 1 Apr 2023 – 31 Mar 2026 ✓ 2,044 vouchers, tallied to all six register control totals

Three years on one line

Gross register value, split by entity. The shaded slice is Trust ↔ Pvt Ltd stock transfer — real for each entity's books, but it cancels out when you talk about the group to a funder or a buyer.

Where the money comes from

Every ledger name grouped into a buying channel. Sorted by three-year value.

How much of it rests on one buyer

Inter-company transfers excluded, so this is money from outside the group.

The agency register

Every counterparty, largest first. Search a name, or filter by channel.

When the money lands

Monthly gross across both entities. Corporate gifting orders, not footfall, set the shape of the year.

Reading this fairly

Source. Six Tally sales registers you supplied. Parsed line by line; each entity-year sums to the printed total to the paisa, so nothing was dropped or double-counted — except one row the register itself prints twice (ANJ Turnkey, 12 Nov 2025, ₹32,450), kept as printed.

Channels are my reading, not Tally's. Ledger names were grouped by what the buyer looks like — MAVIM's Juhu counter sits under retail, MAVIM the institution under government. Two or three calls are arguable; the underlying rows are in the workbook if you want to move them.

Gross, not net. These are register values, inclusive of GST where charged, before returns or credit notes. They are not revenue as the audited P&L will state it.

Cancelled vouchers are excluded (nine in all: four in January 2026, each ₹40,000 gross — worth checking why that block cancelled together — plus five across FY23-24).

FY25-26 is recorded differently. Retail is booked as monthly B2C consolidations rather than daily slips, so store-level and exhibition-level detail is thinner than in FY23-24 — the drop in exhibition sales is partly a bookkeeping change, not only a trading one.

Agency count falls sharply — 114 external agencies in FY23-24, 93 in FY24-25, 36 in FY25-26. Larger tickets, far fewer relationships.
