Questions partners ask
Is the ₹10,000 a fee or a deposit?
It is a refundable security deposit held against the stock consigned to you. It is not a joining fee and it is not an investment scheme. When you exit the programme with your stock account settled, the deposit is returned in full.
What if I can't sell everything?
Within 90 days you can exchange unsold pieces for other stock, as long as they are unsoiled, unused, undamaged and in original packing. Items that are stained, torn, faded from sunlight or missing tags cannot be exchanged.
How much can I actually earn?
Your margin is 25–30% of the selling price. What you earn depends entirely on how much you sell. We do not promise a fixed income, and you should be cautious of anyone who does.
Do I need a GST number?
Not to join. Tisser invoices you and handles GST on the goods supplied. If your own turnover later crosses the applicable threshold, we will help you understand what registration involves.
Do I earn anything from recruiting other partners?
No. Udyogini pays you on what you sell, never on who you bring in. There is no chain, no downline and no recruitment commission.
Who am I signing the agreement with?
Tisser Rural Handicraft Private Limited. The agreement names the company, the deposit amount, the stock consigned to you and the return terms.
Which districts are open right now?
We onboard in cohorts, district by district, so every partner gets proper orientation and restocking support. Apply regardless of where you are and we will tell you when your district opens.
