Select products, quantity, MOQ and lead time. Add branding or white-label packaging when the client needs it.

Questions partners ask
How is my commission calculated?
You earn a commission on qualifying invoiced order value according to the partner agreement you receive when joining. The agreement sets out the applicable rate and settlement terms.
Is the ₹2,500 recurring?
No. It is a one-time joining fee. There is no annual renewal fee stated in the programme terms.
What protects my corporate lead?
Lead registration. Register the company through the partner process before pitching so the account can be handled under the applicable lead-protection terms.
Can the client's own brand appear instead of Tisser's?
Yes. White-labelling can be available for packaging, sleeves and gift cards. Customisation is quoted separately from the product.
Who handles invoicing and GST?
Tisser invoices the client directly and accounts for GST according to the applicable arrangement. Your commission is settled according to the partner agreement.
What if the client rejects the goods?
Orders pass quality checks before dispatch. If goods arrive damaged or materially off-specification, the applicable replacement process is followed. Natural variation in handmade work should be agreed with the client at the quoting stage.
